ABC Full Episode Player doesn't work!?

I've been using the ABD Full Episode Player watching episodes online for quite a while, however, recently ( just these 2 weeks) I've been trying to use it but somehow it just didn't go through. Every time the 15 seconds commercial which is right after the choosing Standard or HD screen, it froze. I clicked on continue but it just kept loading forever. Does anyone know why???? I knew I recently changed my anti-virus system, but I tried deactivate it when I wanted to watch it, it still didn't work. so WHY? Please help me out!! Thanks!!
