Is there any record of there ever being at least a small percentage of asian in el salvador?

I'm trying to trace back my ancestry. Both of my parents are from el salvador. What confuses me is that i came out looking diffrent from my brother and sister. I have slanted eyes and dark color skin. And yes my parents from el salvador are my biological parents. Usually people ask me or think that i'm either philipino, asian or mixed with asian. Based on what i know about el salvador is that there are only whites, native americans and mestizos (mix native american and white) in el salvador. Besides i did not see any one with slanted eyes when i went to el salvador. The fact that native americans came from asia to america from the ice bridge 20,000 years ago is not even certain, it's only a speculation. And the asian that came to latin america are in south america. So i was wondering were there even a remotly small percentage of asians in el salvador, it would help explain why i look the way i look.
