Can you PLEASE answer these World War 1 questions?!?

World war 1 was all about those toxic ges they used. As you know the war was started when Archduke Ferdanand was killed but before he died they tried to bomb him which means grenades were around back then. They had basic explosives Like landmines,Grenades, etc. And the guns were pretty basic as well, Maybe some iron sights. Nothing fancy.
