Cost of installing Hardwood (2 1/4 red oak) flloring & subfloor in 160 sq room ... ?

Hi.....I own a flooring store....just so you know my answer is legit. For that size room I would charge $320 for labor. I am in the northeast as that makes a difference as well, expect to pay less in the south and more in the west. The only other thing you would need to price besides the actual fooring would be any kind of transitiot type moldings.
