My neighbour is always hitting on me!!?

Well, 'm 13 and still live at home with my parents (obviously haha) and we live in the countryside, anyway a few years ago some friends of my parents came to live next door to us, they have 1 son and hes a year younger than me, anyway I always feel a bit pushed by his parents to go out with him (they're lovely people but its just little comments that can get at me) anyway, his mum was talking about boys with my mum when I wasnt there and how her son really likes me, anyway my mum made it clear that "Take That" are the only boys for me!! Anyway he always hints when he's at ours and it's just annoying, I understand he might like me and I am flattered but he needs to move on!! As you can probably tell by my name I kinda like someone, anyway I've never actually ever had a boyfriend anyway, Im only 13 and I need to concentrate on school!! What can I do to get him off my back! thank you x
