Is there a way I can "refill" the liquid in my Magic 8 Ball?

After 25+ years, some of the blue liquid inside my Magic 8 Ball has evaporated. It still "works" but it is hard to get an answer to float properly. (It keeps spinning around like a buoy.) I'd like to replenish the liquid, but I don't think opening it is a good idea. Once removed, I doubt I would be able to replace the window without permanently destroying the seal. I've thought about submerging it in water (or Windex) to see if some of the external liquid would seep back into the ball, but I'm not that optimistic. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
