Where to find lawsuit yakama nation v DOE?

Is there a website where I can find the actual lawsuit that the Yakama Nation filed against the Department of Energy? It's called Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation, et al., v. U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, Case No. CY-02-3105-LRS. I wasn't sure if they provided papers filed in court online.
