What do i say to people when they comment on my face?

My cousins are constantly asking me hey whats wrong with your face? because i have acne which to me is not a big deal. i take care of it but yeah theres still some there. Last friday when we were at a dinner my cousin asked me once again, hey what happened to your face? and she said have you tried proactiv? the exact same thing she said to me 2x 1 month ago! if she really cared she would have remembered she already asked me. then my other cousin chimed in well maybe if you keep your oily hair out of your face you wouldn't have this problem. i was so mad i said nothing and thought i really dont have a problem but they are so concerned with it. and it really upsets me. what do i say the next time they ask?
