I grew up in a Danish family, of course the cheese would be a much healthier choice. It contains proteins, margarine and er do not. The bread you are speaking of is probably some sort of predominately Rye bread. although there are probably other grains in it including wheat. Rye bread is excellent. I wont go a day without it. Very high in fiber and proteins aswell. Go ahead, FOLLOW THE DANES! Their country is number one afterall!
