Seeking unique fundrasing opportunity for Boy Scout troop - not direct selling.?

I'm looking for unique fundraising ideas for a boy scout troop. We are tired of selling stuff over and over again.......Some service type ideas are what I'm after. Not the usual car wash, bake sale kind of thing. I'm out of ideas.....
