How to get a Pokemon to evolve when you used this Gameshark code?

Cyndaquil and Quilava evolve by level, and by level alone. Lesson learned: Don't cheat. Pokemon games are ridiculously easy...the only cheats I would ever condone, honestly, are to get event pokemon and trade evolution pokemon(though NEVER use them in battles with other people) to complete the pokedex.
