Sweet Sixteen Themes?

I turn 16 next month and I just started to brainstorm and come up with ideas. I really need a theme, or something to make it more memorable. I know a lot of people do like "Academy Awards" and "Red Carpet", but i want it to be original and fun. I really liked my best friend's party where everyone dressed in black and white and she wore pink..(her theme was paint the town pink- so cute) but i want it to be different and more unique. Any ideas?
