WHAT IS THIS??? I HAVE CLUES BUT CANT FIGURE IT OUT?

If i guess right i get it! okay the clues are....its has plastic in it, HAS NO GL, PORCELIN, OR WOOD, around $200, hardish yet softish, comes in pastel colors, NOT ELECTRONIC some MIGHT have batterys and light up, its smallers than a loaf of bread, squareish kinda oval-ish, you would put it on a shelf, and my uncle didnt want to give it to me cause he wasnt sure if i was responsible enough..so you have to be responsible to have it ...Oh and you can deffiently get it has Sears or Macys!! HELP
