What medical records would render a recruit ineligable for service in the Army?

Upon attempting to enlist in the U.S. Army I was told to submit medical records pertaining to surgeries. However, other sources have told me that I needed to submit all of my medical records. When I was in college I was hanging out with some guys that were in a fraternity during Rush week and attending some of their parties. Well, frat parties being what they are, I had too much to drink and the next day was throwing up so bad that I went to the hospital where they gave me an anti-nausea. I was there for a few hours and then left. About two or three weeks later I attended another party with the same results. After finally learning my lesson I left the party scene and stopped going to the parties. Would these medical records make me ineligable for enlistment?
