Chest wall biopsy, and looking for a dr. to perform?

had pneumonia like 18 times, costrochondritis, fibromyalgia. I'm searching for a doctor in riverside, Ca. who looks inside the chest wall for fluids, does drainage, biopsy, this pain is causing me to lose sleep, heart is good left lung at bottom small Diffusion. please help acting up bad again more on right side. tried heat, cold, rubs, patches, nothing helps. I really need a doctor to go under my arm and look inside I have sarcoidosis and i think this could be either from sarc or from just rib inflammation. still need relief. Please I really need some information on what to do .
