My new website doesn't say what is all about when I google it ! what can I do?

I just open a new website. I have 2 problems (A)When I google it, it doesnt come automatically,(B) and when It comes, It doest explain what is all about eg if you google facebook it will say it a social utility etc etc, my website doesnt explain anything, it just mention some old posts! I need it to say what is all about so that people will know before they click . What can I do? Please help
